Billing runs through Shopify — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Upgrade, switch, or cancel any time on the Plans & billing page in the app.

FAQ

Does TermsPilot touch my checkout or storefront? No. TermsPilot is admin-only. Your buyers see nothing except the reminder emails you choose to send.

Does it move money or guarantee payment? No. TermsPilot doesn't process payments, lend, or factor invoices — and no tool can guarantee payment. What it does is make sure nothing slips through unnoticed: you see every balance age, buyers get reminded on schedule, and risky orders get stopped for review.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel? Nothing is deleted — ever. Your data stays visible; paid features simply pause until you upgrade again.

What happens when a buyer pays? Shopify tells TermsPilot within seconds. The invoice drops off the aging, the balances update, and no further reminders send for it.

Can a buyer get reminded twice for the same invoice? No. Each reminder rule fires at most once per invoice, ever — enforced at the database level, not just "usually."

What data do you store? The minimum: company names and contact email/phone, and order financial fields (amounts, due dates, status). No line items, no addresses, no card data. On uninstall, all of it is deleted automatically, and we honor Shopify's GDPR data-request and erasure webhooks.

An order was held and I want to ship it anyway. Open the order in Shopify and release the fulfillment hold — you're always in control. Then mark the entry reviewed in TermsPilot → Actions.
